Currently, PAH is operating in 50 IDP camps across the provinces of Idlib and Aleppo provinces, providing regular help to approximately 35,000 people. PAH is distributing water (to fulfill needs of newcomers additional 43 thousands litres of water are delivering daily), building necessary toilets and latrines and organizing waste management systems.

PAH has been working in Syria since March 2013. Our organization is helping people affected by the humanitarian crisis provoked by the ongoing armed conflict in the country. We are providing access to food, safe water and proper sanitation. We are also distributing non-food items such as hygiene kits, mattresses and medications. PAH is repairing toilets in schools, improving or establishing waste management systems and delivering flour and yeast to local bakeries in order for them to keep affordable bread prices. In 2016 Polish Humanitarian Action has reached out to approximately 500,000 people in the provinces of Idlib and Aleppo.

Our Syrian have employees created a film which presents the results of PAH activities in Syria. You can see it here.
