Around the world, millions of children are growing up in conditions that deprive them of safety, health, and the chance to have a normal childhood. It is estimated that one in five children lives in areas affected by armed conflict or has been forced to leave their home.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n

Current situation:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • More than one-fifth of the world\u2019s children live in conflict zones or are forced to flee them<\/strong>;<\/li>\n
  • in 2025, 35.5 million children suffered from acute malnutrition, 10 million of whom experienced its most severe form<\/strong>;<\/li>\n
  • in the Gaza Strip, as many as 4 in 5 children live in conditions of catastrophic hunger<\/strong>, and access to basic supplies and healthcare is critically low;<\/li>\n
  • global funding for food programs has fallen to levels not seen in a decade, limiting the ability to save children<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
