Within the project, PAH is providing monthly financial assistance to the most needy residents in 9 oblasts of Ukraine – the elderly, including internally displaced persons, those with low incomes (living on less than 3250 UAH/month) or living in areas subject to active or possible armed hostilities.

The project is part of a major World Food Programme (WFP) aid program that aims to reach the most vulnerable groups affected by the armed conflict in Ukraine with monthly support. This support comes in the form of financial assistance or vouchers, as well as food packages.

Approximately 140,000 people will receive assistance.
