The controller of your personal data is Polish Humanitarian Action with its registered seat at Aleja Solidarności 78a, 00-145 Warsaw, National Court Register number 0000136833, and Zontek i Wspólnicy company acts as our Data Protection Officer.

Your data are processed for the purpose of recruitment process for the position specified in the job offer for the period of 6 months, and if you sent an open application or granted your consent to participate in future recruitment processes, for the period of 3 years.

Furthermore, your data may be processed for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims concerning the recruitment process for the period of 3 years.

Your personal data may be shared with the suppliers of job advertisement services, recruitment management systems, hosting services and other IT systems.

You have the right to request access to your data and to obtain a copy of them, the right to request rectification or erasure of your data and restriction of their processing, the right to object to their processing, the right to transmit your data (to processing of which you agreed) to another controller. You also have the right to lodge a complaint to the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection (future President of the Office for Personal Data Protection).
